In accordance with TF Terms of Reference for AMANI AFRICA common funds as provided by EU Members and other non-EU partners, the attached Annexes provide a detailed breakdown of the TF activities since the official start of the AMANI Africa cycle in Nov 08.

The Political Seminar and Strategic Conference will be held in Addis Ababa and current planned dates are 16 – 26 Nov 09. The aim of staffing the response to a developing crisis from the initial stages to the production of a mission plan. Participation will include:
PSC (for Decisions),
AU Commission Staff,
Personnel from Regions.
Partners may ask AU to send observers.

Information on the use of the Trust Fund has been updated. Potential contributors now have a draft technical arrangement and procedure to follow to join the Trust Fund. The drafts of the various documents to be submitted are in French for legal reasons as the Framework nation is France. > continue
Carana Basic Scenario
